Autumn bushwalking
Last weekend we went bushwalking. The views were superb, and there were few other people around. With the bribe of small squares of organic chocolate, my 5 year old son covered the whole 6 kilometres or so on his own feet.
Don’t let the rain put you off. This is a good time to be outside. The risk of sunburn is lower in Australia in autumn and winter. Where is your closest national park? Find a local trail and take a friend for some fresh air, exercise, and reconnecting with nature.
